ComplianceOps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at www.complianceops.ai (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
Information we collect on this Site
The Site does not collect personal information through forms because no forms are offered on the Site at this time. When you visit, the hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages) processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, timestamps, and the URL requested — for operating and securing the Site (delivery, abuse prevention, load balancing).
If we enable optional analytics (for example, via Cloudflare Zaraz) we will update this Policy with the specific tools deployed, what data they collect, and a consent interaction where applicable to your jurisdiction.
Information you send us directly
If you contact us at [email protected], we will receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, employer, role, and the question or context. We use this to respond, evaluate fit, and (if you engage us) to set up the working relationship. We retain this email and follow-up correspondence for as long as it is operationally relevant.
Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: legitimate interest to operate and secure the Site and respond to your enquiries; consent for any optional analytics or marketing storage; contract for activity related to a service engagement; and legal obligation where applicable.
Cookies
The Site does not set tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies of its own at this time. Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary cookies to deliver and protect the Site. See the Cookie Notice for the full inventory and how to manage preferences when optional cookies are introduced.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Site and respond to enquiries (for example, the hosting platform and email provider), and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information may be processed in the US or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence and engagement records only as long as needed for the purpose collected, to satisfy legal obligations, or to support a defensible record. Outdated records are deleted on a recurring schedule.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other US state laws), you may have the right to: access, correct, delete, restrict, or port information about you; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly engage in “sales” or “sharing” of personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not engage in targeted advertising.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
