This Notice explains how the ComplianceOps website at www.complianceops.ai uses cookies and similar storage technologies. It is a companion to our Privacy Policy.
What we use today
This site does not set tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies of its own.
The hosting platform (Cloudflare Pages) may set strictly-necessary cookies or similar tokens for security, abuse prevention, and load balancing — for example, the Cloudflare __cf_bm bot-management cookie. These are essential to deliver the site safely and cannot be disabled while using it.
Categories we plan to use
When optional cookies are introduced (via Cloudflare Zaraz), they will fit into one of the following categories. You will be able to choose which categories you allow, and change your mind at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer.
- Strictly necessary. Required to deliver the site. Always on. No consent prompt is shown for these because they are exempt under ePrivacy / GDPR strictly-necessary rules.
- Analytics. Aggregated, IP-truncated traffic measurement — no cross-site profiling, no advertising data sharing. Off by default; activates only after consent.
- Marketing. Campaign attribution. Off by default; activates only after explicit consent.
Managing your preferences
A consent banner appears on first visit so you can choose which categories to allow. Your choice is stored on your device and respected on every subsequent visit. You can reopen the preferences any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
You can additionally clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may interfere with how this site or other sites work but will not prevent you from reaching us by email.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable. Visitors whose browsers send GPC will not have optional cookies set even if the consent banner is dismissed without an explicit choice.
Changes
We will update this Notice the moment any analytics or third-party tag is enabled on the site, and at any subsequent change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
Questions
Email [email protected] with any question about cookies or other site storage.
This page is drafted in good faith but is not a substitute for legal advice. Update it the moment any analytics or third-party tag is enabled, and have qualified counsel review it before launch.
